Monica graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2006. She immediately joined the firm, now Douglas, Conroyd, Gibb & Pacheco, P.C., where she is a partner. Monica’s practice concentrates on estate planning and elder law, particularly as it relates to Medicaid, VA, and disability planning.
Monica speaks regularly on the matters related to Medicaid planning, VA Aid and Attendance pension, elder law issues, and asset protection for disabled individuals to various forums in the community. She has received her accreditation with the Veterans Administration, allowing her to represent veterans and their families in obtaining Aid and Attendance Benefits for Veterans or their surviving spouses. Monica is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, and a Board Member of the Salem Fire Foundation.
